Terms of Service – NeuroYoga+

By booking and participating in sessions provided by NeuroYoga+, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Services Provided

NeuroYoga+ offers educational and developmental sessions based on movement, music, and mindfulness for children and adults. These sessions are designed to support emotional regulation, focus, and sensory integration in a playful and supportive environment.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or Stripe payment link.
• Payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Trial sessions are free unless otherwise stated.
• Payment for a sessions is non-refundable.

3. Cancellations and Missed Sessions

We do not offer refunds for missed or unused sessions.

However, if your child is unable to attend a session for any reason, you are welcome to reschedule it at no additional cost.

To do so, please visit our website and use the trial session booking form to choose a suitable future date.

This rescheduling option is available for all clients, not only for trial users.

4. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any relevant medical, developmental, or behavioural conditions before attending a session.
• Children must be accompanied or supervised by a responsible adult if required.
• We take every care to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

5. Use of Personal Data

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used, stored, and protected.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will always be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
