Kids Hub terms of service

Welcome to the NeuroYoga+ Kids Hub terms of service. By enrolling in or booking any of our Kids Hub activities—including after-school workshops, holiday clubs, and parties—you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

Bookings and payment

All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our online booking system or official registration forms. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Trial sessions are free unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment for a sessions is non-refundable.

Cancellations and refunds

We do not offer refunds for missed or unused sessions.

However, if your child is unable to attend a session for any reason, you are welcome to reschedule it at no additional cost.

This rescheduling option is available for all clients, not only for trial users.

Health, safety, and wellbeing

The safety and wellbeing of every child is our top priority. 

  • Parents or guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special educational needs upon registration so our team can provide safe and tailored support during movement, sensory play, and mindfulness exercises.][
